Privacy Notice — how we handle your information

Goodman Tech BPO OPC (BGC, Taguig, Philippines) is the personal information controller for this form; Goodman Tech Solutions Inc. (Toronto, Canada) is its affiliate. What we collect

Why we collect it

To generate your Certificate of Participation, keep a record of webinar attendance, and improve future sessions. We quote your feedback publicly as a testimonial only if you tick the testimonial box, and then only with your first name and company.

Your certificate

Your name is printed on the certificate you download. If you choose "Share on Facebook", a copy of your certificate is published to a public link so Facebook can display it — that happens only when you click Share, and you can ask us to take a shared certificate down at any time.

How it's stored and shared

Your responses are stored in a private, access-controlled cloud database (Supabase, hosted in Singapore — outside the Philippines) and are visible only to the Goodman Tech events team. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own use.

Your rights

Under RA 10173 you may access, correct, or request deletion of your information, object to processing, or withdraw consent — email workshops@goodmantechsolutions.com and we'll act on it promptly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
